The problem

Daily courier performance arrived as photos in busy WhatsApp groups, and the owner had to open several systems to answer simple questions about cash, payroll and invoices.

What I built

• A listen-only WhatsApp listener that stores group messages and media without changing how drivers work
• AI reads performance-report images into structured data, with automatic checks that flag totals that do not add up
• Daily and weekly summaries plus instant alerts in Telegram
• An owner Q&A bot with 20+ commands (cash gap, payroll, unpaid invoices, expiring documents) on a read-only copy of the ERP data
• Privacy rules: bank details, IDs and contact data are never copied

The problem

Selling across three countries meant scattered orders, seller payouts and bank statements that were hard to reconcile.

What I built

• Shopify stores and Amazon seller accounts set up and operated
• Posting engine with chart of accounts, wallet and general-ledger previews
• Seller payout engine with approval, void and reversal controls and bank payment files
• Bank reconciliation across multiple accounts and monthly agency settlements

The problem

Overtime requests moved on paper and email, with unclear approvals and slow HR follow-up.

What I built

• Station-based requests by authorized requesters, with employee lookup by code
• Section Head and Department Manager approvals, then automatic HR notification
• Three-step app (header, employees, tasks) and a "My requests" screen for changes

The problem

Engineers needed design PDFs, but confidential drawings must not be downloaded or shared freely.

What I built

• Approval-based access requests with view-only permissions
• "Confidential - View Only" sensitivity labels applied automatically in the drawings library
• Activity logging and audit records for every access

The problem

Large scanned attendance PDFs were typed into Excel by hand, slowly and with errors.

What I built

• Batch processing of scanned PDFs into a structured master workbook
• Confidence score on every row and review flags for uncertain values
• Checks for missing and inconsistent data before export

The problem

Collectors tracked visits, payments and delivered documents in separate sheets.

What I built

• Customer visit management and payment tracking on tablets
• Document-delivery tracking
